Instructions to make Raan Roast:

  6. Ab is ko 1din ke lie marinate kry 7-8 hours b enough ha but aik din rakhny sy zayada kahsta or maxy ki bany gi.
  7. Ab aik bara pateela ly jis mein raan fit a jay half oil add kry or ran ko is mein rakh dy or flame on kar dy ye apna pani chorna shuru kar day to is mein dahi dal ke 1hour take medium heat par pkay.

  10. Ab aik coal jala lain or ran ko iski steam day coal ko steel ki piyali mein rakh ke ran pateely maai raakhy or oper sy thora sa oil daly or pateely ko cover krdy.
