- Prepare 150 gms of cauliflower.
- Prepare 100 gms of carrot.

- Use 100 gms of mutter.

- Take a heavy base kadhai and heat butter add onion and saute till it is golden brown..
- Now add ginger garlic paste and mix well and saute for 3_4 mins..
- Now add all the dry masalas stir for 2_3 mins..
- Now add tomato puree and cook on low flames till oil seprares..
- Now add all the boiled vegetables and cook on low flame till water absorbs and butter floats in top..
- Keep stirring in intervals to avoid sticking at the base..
- Garnish with coriander and toss some butter..
