- Use 3 of big size boiled potatoes.
- You need 3 of tomatoes.
- You need 2 of capsicum.
- Take 100 gm of califlower.
- Provide 1 cup of green peas.

- Use of Chopped onion.and lemon slice for garnishing.
Instructions to make Pav bhaji:
- Boiled all veggies (potato, califlower, 1 capsicum, peas,tomato,onion).
- Then mash the veggie with the help of masher.
- Now heat a pan add oil and 1 tbs butter then add chopped capsicum, ginger and garlic paste and cook for 2 minutes.
- Then add all masala cook for a minute, now add all boiled veggie and mix it well, mash again with the masher add water if require.
- Cook for 7-8 min.
- Lastly add lemon juice and butter.
- Serve with rosted pav, onion, lemon slice.
