  22. Get 2 tsp of Coriander leaves for garnishing.
  23. Get 2 packet of pav.

Instructions to make Butter cheese pav bhaji:

  1. Take part 1 vegetables and boiled it properly in pressure cooker.(take 3to 4whistle).
  2. Now take pan &on the gas.
  3. Add1/2cup ghee and wait till hot.
  4. Add little pinchof hing.
  5. Add Garlic paste.
  6. Ginger paste.
  7. Now add part no 2onion and till it brown add capsicum and.
  8. Now add all tomatoes.
  9. Mash all gravy ingredients and add all part no 4spices and mix it properly and mash it properly.
  10. After 4to 5minute add all boiled vegetables and mix and mash it properly.
  11. Now garnish with Coriander fried cashew nut grated cheese and lots of butter.
  12. Now ready to eat our bhaji and served it with butter pav.
