Instructions to make Gobhi Ke Kofte:

  1. Take 2 cup grated Cauliflower in a large mixing bowl..
  2. Add paneer and mashed potato..
  3. Add red chilli powder, garam masala, cumin powder, chaat masala, ginger garlic paste and coriander leaves..
  4. Add roasted gram flour, corn flour and salt..
  5. Mix well making sure to form a soft dough..
  6. Now grease hands with oil and prepare small balls..
  7. Deep fry in medium hot oil stirring occasionally..
  8. Fry until the kofta turns golden and crisp and keep on tissue paper..
  9. For curry, in a kadai heat oil and add spices like cinnamon, cloves, cardamom and cumin..
  10. Now add chopped onion and fry till pink in colour..
  11. Add ginger garlic paste and sauté to a golden brown..
  12. Keeping the flame on low add turmeric, chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala and salt..
  13. Sauté on low flame until it turns aromat..
  14. Add tomato puree and saute well until oil separates..
  15. Add 1 cup water, cream and stir well..
  16. Add peas and mix well..
  17. Cover and boil for 5 minutes or until peas are cooked well..
  18. Add fried gobhi kofte and mix gently..
  19. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes or until flavours are absorbed well..
  20. Add kasuri methi, coriander leaves and mix well..
  21. Transfer in serving bowl and garnish with some coriander leaves and cream..
