- Put kadai on flame, add oil put cumin seeds and ginger chilli stir for few seconds add potatoes cubes, add salt and red chilli powder and stir for a minute and cover with a lid and cook it for five minutes, but don't forget yo stir in between..
- Add Amchur powder and coriander leaves and put the flame off..
- Use electric sandwich maker pre heat for a minute, spread deshi ghee on both slice of bread and spread the stuffing in between the slices..
- Within two minutes it will be ready, cut in to two and serve it with green chutney and tomato sauce..
