While the first flatbread is cooking, roll out the second flatbread so it is ready. Put the cooked flatbread on a plate and repeat the process, until all the flatbreads are cooked. Use it for naan, pizza crusts, wraps, soft tacos, burgers, or for soaking up soups and sauces. Dust a clean work surface with flour, then tip out the dough. Greek Yogurt- The lower the fat content of your Greek yogurt, the better it will mix with the flour.
