- Take 1/2 tsp of Haldi powder.

- Provide of Lemon slice 4 -5.
- Get 1 cup of oil.
- Get of Dried plum 10_12.
- Use 1 cup of Brown onion.
- You need 1 tbsp of Kewra water.
- Prepare 1/4 teaspoon of Yellow colour.
- Take 1/4 teaspoon of Jayfal, jawatri elchi powder.
- Take 1 teaspoon of Sugar.
- Provide 1 bunch of Podina.
Steps to make NAli BRIYANI:
- Heat oil fry onion light golden and remove, add ginger garlic paste and cook the 5 – 7 minute add meat and nali with grinded green chilies and coriander leaves, salt,chilli powder, chilli flasks,garam masala powder,chopped tomatoes,.
- Fry well add yogurt cover and cook till meat tender and,fried onion grinded, cook till mixture thick add, whole green chilies, dried plums,boiled rice with salt and whole spices till 3/4 done drain.ina pan put a layer of rice then meat mixture, chopped coriander leaves and podina top with remaining boilled rice,spread 2tbsp oil or ghee on top,.
- Add kewra water, lemon slice,jayfal jawatri elchi powder mixed with colour,sugar put on dum for 15 minutes.now ready to nali biryani..
